Train existing taxi drivers using our curriculum so that they are equipped to deal with the top 10 medical emergencies that account for 90% of the emergencies seen in that specific region.
Provide an emergency medical kit customized to the services needed for the area based on epidemiological research.
Provide certification to these drivers and place certification on their taxi to let potential passengers know they are trained.
Initiate local marketing campaigns to make "Empower to Save" and "E2S" household names.
Work with local governments and existing ambulance services to bring their existing services up to date.
Educate community leaders in rural areas on how to implement life-saving techniques to stabilize the patient until transportation arrives.
